In 1976, TAMA was the first company to introduce an innovative new nylon bushing system for its hardware. It has immediately become the standard of drum hardware from all the brands in the industry.
Omni-ball tom holder is also invented by TAMA for the seamless adjustment of set up without losing tone of drums. Again, many of the brands followed this system.
TAMA STAR HARDWARE series are CHALLENGING those completed and convenient features which we take them for granted now. We pursuit further flexibility for setting up, and we pursuit maximizing further potential of instruments.
